Shipping policy
1. Delivery area
As standard, we ship within Germany.
On request, we also deliver to other countries of the European Union. Shipping conditions for EU deliveries are agreed individually.
2. Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for all orders within Germany. Delivery is always free of charge for you.
For deliveries to EU member states, additional shipping costs may apply depending on the destination country. We will inform you of these transparently in advance.
3. Shipping provider
Standard shipping within Germany is handled by DPD.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
4. Shipping method for larger consignments
If the order is a larger delivery due to its size, weight or volume (e.g. bulky goods or multiple orders), we reserve the right to commission a suitable freight carrier.
In this case, delivery takes place after an appointment has been arranged in advance. Within Germany, there are no additional shipping costs for this.
5. Delivery time
The delivery time is stated directly on each product.
For freight deliveries, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the appointment scheduling.
